Description
ERROR 1/1 PSA 8 Ayrton Senna 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix 1st F1 Win Full Ticket Full three-day ticket (Friday through Sunday) from Ayrton Senna's first ever F1 victory at the 1985 Portuguese Grand Prix. This is one of only 22 PSA 8s in existence. There are only three tickets graded higher, and they're all PSA 9s. However, this is the only copy on the planet that contains not one, not two, but three errors on the PSA label! Whoever graded this ticket at PSA must have been both blind and color blind because the label indicates that it's the green Sunday-only ticket valid on April 21, not the maroon three-day ticket valid on April 19-21. And the fact that the QA folks didn't catch any of these errors is even more mind-blowing! If you go onto PSA's website or app and input the certification number, a picture of this exact ticket will pop up, so it's clear that nothing untoward is going on with this ticket...it was just hilariously mislabeled by PSA! It remains to be seen whether this comedy of errors increases the desirability and perceived value of this piece of F1 history. But it certainly makes this a one-of-kind Senna artifact a little bit more interesting and unique, that's for sure!
