The .9mm pencil is lined and the pen comes with gold refill sleeves. It is a blue ink pen and is personalized with no name. The case is dark brown with gold trim. One of the felt sleeves needs to be sewn. The box show some wear. A few small dimples in the top and the bottom corner has wear. May need to replace ink cartridge .
